Basic Info

  • ReKaivery is opening soon at Yellow Barn Farm!

  • Mon & Tues: Closed

    Wed - Sun: 11-8 p.m.

  • Our container spans a total of 320 square ft. We boast over 170 ft. of dry shelving, an industrial refrigerator, and a 5-compartment chest freezer. Despite the small space, we’re ADA compliant and can host over 40 local suppliers. Don’t sweat — our container is also cooled and heated by an HVAC system.

Selling

  • ReKaivery’s marketplace works on a consignment model, meaning suppliers retain ownership of their products, set their own prices, and enjoy more equitable returns than they would selling wholesale. In a nutshell, farmers rent space in our marketplace and we sell their goods for them, so they have more time (and money) to enjoy their lives.

  • We offer two types of shelving inside the marketplace: dry and cold.

Dry shelving ranges from $8-$32/month depending on the size, while refrigerated and frozen shelving cost $15/month.

Suppliers pay a monthly 28% consignment fee (so we can pay our employees a living wage).

Lastly, we charge a one-time $50 start-up fee for printed materials to properly market your business inside the container. (We promote your business on our website and social media for free 😊)

  • In a few simple steps. Get started here.

  • We use a consignment software called Ricochet to track sales and inventory. Once you’re signed up as a supplier, you’ll be sent a link with info on how to access your account. Using Ricochet, you can update your pricing and inventory in real-time.

  • Suppliers will be paid out every Monday via check for ACH transfer — whichever you prefer!

  • Contact us. We’ll correct the error and help you pick the space you’d like!

  • Unfortunately, makers registered under the Colorado Cottage Foods act aren’t allowed to sell inside our marketplace. (Bummer, we agree.)

However, we plan to host regular Cottage Foods markets outside to provide a way

Stocking

  • Our staff is responsible for keeping your space brimming with beautiful products. However, suppliers are responsible for re-filling their inventory when their stock runs low. When this happens, they’ll receive a notification and can schedule a drop-off time.

  • Unable to restock your shelves yourself? We can pick up your products and restock them for you for a flat $15 fee + $0.63 per mile. (This mile reimbursement is from the minimal IRS reimbursement standard.)

You’ll pay the fee now, and then your account will be deducted the appropriate mileages from the marketplace.

  • No worries! If your products are nearing the end of their shelf life, we can donate them to the Larimer County Food Bank or send them to compost! If you’d rather have those items back for your own uses, we’ll set them aside for you to pick up.
